How to use Curv.

The Curv. is designed to sit just below your mid-back — where posture tends to collapse during long hours of sitting. This is the sweet spot for encouraging upright alignment without forcing your spine into an unnatural position.

To start, we recommend using it intermittently throughout the day.

Think: 30 minutes on, 1 hour off — then repeat.

This gives your body time to adjust and develop better postural awareness and strength over time, rather than relying on the product 100% of the time.

You can also reposition The Curv. to support your lower back when needed — especially if you're feeling stiff, slouched, or unsupported in your chair.
