Domestic orders

Standard shipping is $12 and will be applied at the checkout.

Time frame is 2-7 business days. 

Express shipping is $15 and will be applied at the checkout. 

Time frame is 2-3 business days. 

International orders

International shipping costs depends on location and will be applied at the checkout.

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as a delayed delivery or a missing package, please contact our customer support team at hello@postur.com.au

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

To be eligible for a return, returns must be received by Postur. within 30 days of delivery. 

We expect you’ll love your purchases, but if you don’t, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days. 

We cover the cost of postage on returns only if the item is faulty. Returns due to dissatisfaction will not have postage covered.

Please note, that local post services can take 5–7 business days to return your parcel. At that point of processing, we will confirm its arrival, and your refund or store credit will be applied. We appreciate your patience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
